Program Design and Development
The education system and the non-profit industrial complex are systems that are rooted in oppression. They are filled with outdated programming and curricula funded by our taxes and that do not help us thrive and succeed in the real world. This is not a criticism of the amazing teachers, staff and students within these structures. This is a call to action to provide education reform to better prepare ourselves & youth for today's rapidly changing society. We achieve this by:

With over 10 years of experience working with the Department of Education, Institutions & Arts/ Education organizations of all sizes, we’ve developed “Cypher Based Pedagogy”. This approach allows us to custom-design curriculum and co-create a holistic process to achieve them. Curriculum examples:

Show Love Productions
The “Show Love” production team pushes themselves technically and creatively to embody a unique theme tailored for every showcase / performance. Seamlessly blending compositions with improvisation and defying genre, we learn by doing and constantly adjust and rebuild to be the change we seek in the world! We achieve this by:
